If there are no noticeable results in hair reduction or thinning, here’s how to claim your money back:
- You must have purchased the Glatt Skin Zap from our website after 20 May 2020
- Trial the device for at least 60 days from the date of delivery, but for no more than 90 days
- You must complete at least 4 treatments, and take photos of the area/s you are treating before each of the sessions and after the end of the treatments
- Email your 6 photos to us at email@example.com with your order number, and we will review your application
- All 90-day Money-back Guarantee applications MUST be submitted within 90 days of receiving your handset
- ALL images MUST have valid time and date stamps
If your application does not meet our return criteria, you will not be approved for a refund. Incomplete or illegible claims will not be refunded.
If approved, we will refund you the Glatt Skin Zap purchase price (at the time of order), once the device has been returned to our main warehouse.
You are responsible for the charges of the return shipping, which are non-refundable. Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item if it is not in a trackable package.
